News regarding the resignation of President Masoud Pezeshkian has spread in the Iranian press.
Modern.az reports that Iran's Vice President Mohammad Jafar Ghaempana has denied the claims.
“We love Iran and work for it. We hear insults, but we do not back down. Iran belongs to all Iranians, and Dr. Pezeshkian stands for this. We do not need privileges or positions; we have given everything to Iran and will continue to do so. Despite numerous problems, all our effort is to avoid shame before the people and supporters of the government,” he stated.
