Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov stated that the issue of holding the next meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump remains on the agenda, and the search for a solution continues.
Modern.az reports that, in an interview with "Mezhdunarodnaya Zhizn" magazine, Sergey Ryabkov stated that he does not rule out the possibility of holding the next Russia-US summit in the short or medium term. According to him, discussions regarding the parameters of a future meeting between the leaders are ongoing.
The interview also touched upon the topic of the Iran-US nuclear dialogue. Ryabkov stated that there are prospects for the resumption of talks between Tehran and Washington and emphasized that Iran remains committed to a political solution, which Russia considers the only possible path in the current circumstances.
