As part of the agreements reached during the meetings of special representatives for the normalization process between Turkey and Armenia, representatives of the relevant ministries of the two countries met on November 28, 2025, at the Akyaka-Ahurik border crossing point between Turkey and Armenia and in Gyumri, Armenia.
Modern.az reports that the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on this matter.
According to the information, during the meeting, the resumption of transportation on the Kars-Gyumri railway and technical issues in this regard were discussed.
