A telephone conversation took place between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
Modern.az reports that Zelenskyy stated on his “Telegram” page that the discussions were important for Ukraine.
"These are important days, and much can change. We are closely coordinating, and joint action and common positions will be extremely effective in our activities and in the activities of all our partners," he said.
Zelenskyy also announced that he had a telephone conversation with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. He noted that Ukraine is coordinating its efforts with the EU, and the diplomatic situation was among the topics discussed.
"We discussed the diplomatic situation and have a common understanding on key issues. It is also important that Ursula is very attentive to the need to strengthen our resilience against Russia's continuous attacks on infrastructure and energy," Zelenskyy stated.
It should be noted that on November 29, the Ukrainian delegation departed for the United States to discuss a peace plan. Talks in Miami began today and are currently ongoing. It is known that the US aims to resolve all disputes with Ukraine regarding the two main points of the peace plan – territorial issues and security guarantees – within one day.
