Diplomatic representatives of Armenia and Pakistan are actively working on the opening of a Pakistani embassy in Armenia.
According to Modern.az, diplomatic sources informed Armenian media that the embassy is planned to open next year.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia has not denied media inquiries regarding this.
"By signing a joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Pakistan, they have agreed to provide each other with necessary assistance. In this context, the public will be duly informed about future developments," the official response from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
Diplomatic relations between Armenia and Pakistan were established on August 31, 2025. On that day, a joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries was signed in China.
