Japanese military aircraft repeatedly approached the training area of the Chinese Navy, posing a serious threat to flight safety.
According to Modern.az, this was stated in a statement by the Chinese Navy on the "WeChat" social network.
According to the information, earlier the "Liaoning" aircraft carrier group conducted planned exercises for its carrier-borne fighters in the previously announced area in the waters east of the Miyako Strait.
"During this period, aircraft of the Japan Self-Defense Forces repeatedly approached the training area of the Chinese Navy, creating interference, seriously affecting China's normal exercises, and severely endangering flight safety", the statement said.
It is noted that the hype raised by the Japanese side around the exercises does not correspond to reality.
"The Chinese Navy will take necessary measures in accordance with the law to resolutely protect its security, legitimate rights, and interests", the statement emphasized.
