Russian troops carried out massive drone and missile attacks on Ukrainian territory. Energy infrastructure and residential buildings were damaged.
Modern.az reports, citing the Ukrainian press, that several enterprises in the energy sector in the Kremenchuk district came under attack.
"Tonight, Russians launched a massive attack on Poltavshchyna with the help of missiles and UAVs. Several enterprises in the energy sector in the Kremenchuk district came under attack", - wrote Vladimir Kogut, head of the Poltava Military Administration, on his Telegram channel.
According to him, fires broke out as a result of the strikes, and technical equipment and an outbuilding on the territory of one of the private houses were damaged. As a result of the attack, there are interruptions in heating and water supply in some areas.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, a 50-year-old man died as a result of Russian drone strikes on the city of Novhorod-Siverskyi in Chernihiv region, and an abandoned building, a house, and an outbuilding caught fire.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the regional Military Administration, stated that the Russian Armed Forces shelled 23 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region 600 times during the day. "In total, during the day, Russian troops launched 23 strikes on 649 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. A 43-year-old man was injured as a result of the enemy's attack on the Polohy district", - he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Additionally, according to Fedorov, 14 reports of damage to residential buildings, vehicles, and infrastructure objects were received.
