Negotiations regarding the war in Ukraine have reached a deadlock due to the territorial issue
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
He noted that there is no unified approach regarding Donbas between the US, Russia, and Ukraine.
According to Zelensky, the participants in the negotiations on the US peace initiative still cannot reach an agreement on the territorial issue.
The President noted that some elements of the US plan require further discussion on a number of “sensitive issues”, including security guarantees for the war-affected country and control over the eastern regions.
