Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov did not participate in the government meeting chaired by Putin.
Modern.az reports that the newspaper “New Europe” published information about this.
According to the information, the traditional pre-New Year “Gossovet” meeting was held in Moscow under the chairmanship of Vladimir Putin. Representatives from all regions attended the meeting, but only the Chechen leader was not present.
Ramzan Kadyrov went to Moscow to personally attend the meeting. However, his health suddenly deteriorated, and Kadyrov was transported by ambulance to the Central Clinical Hospital of the Presidential Administration.
"A source from Kadyrov's inner circle stated that they had difficulty reviving him in Moscow, after which he returned home and has not appeared in public since", - the newspaper writes.
