In the Venezuelan capital Caracas, at least seven explosions occurred and several aircraft flew over the city.
According to information provided by Modern.az, citing Reuters, the explosions that occurred near a large military base south of Caracas caused power outages.
Over the city of Caracas, there are reports of US AH-64 Apache attack helicopters and CH-47 transport helicopters flying.
It should be recalled that US President Donald Trump has repeatedly promised ground operations in Venezuela. These operations include the expansion of sanctions, an increase in the US military presence in the region, and more than 20 strikes on vessels suspected of drug trafficking in the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.
