It was reported that numerous Cuban security personnel were killed during the US operation to capture Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro.

Modern.az reports that US leader Donald Trump stated this.

"You know, many Cubans were killed yesterday," Trump told reporters.

Cuban authorities reported that 32 of its citizens were killed in Venezuela. According to Reuters, January 5 and 6 have been declared days of mourning in the country.
