Yerevan is acquiring weapons, but will not be forced to use them.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
He made this statement while visiting this institution on the occasion of the professional holiday of the Armenian National Security Service.
According to Pashinyan, the National Security Service must consistently develop its capabilities, including strengthening its special forces units. At the same time, the Prime Minister emphasized that the main task of the service is to avoid the necessity of using force.
Pashinyan also emphasized the importance of effective combat against drug trafficking, calling it one of the priority areas of activity for the National Security Service.
