More than 4000 families displaced from Karabakh to Armenia have already received housing certificates.
Modern.az reports that Armenia's Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Arsen Torosyan, stated this during a press conference while presenting the results of work for 2025 and plans for 2026.
According to him, the process of issuing certificates to individuals displaced from Karabakh continued in 2025. To date, 4040 families have received certificates.
Torosyan expressed hope that the rate of certificate issuance would soon accelerate.
