The leaders of France, Britain, and Germany have issued statements regarding the events in Iran.
Modern.az reports that, according to the 'France Press' Agency, European leaders, who called the events in Iran "the killing of protesters", called on the Iranian authorities "to exercise restraint".
"We are deeply concerned by reports of violence by Iranian security forces and strongly condemn the killing of protesters," the joint statement by French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and German Chancellor Friedrich Mert reads.
