US President's special envoy Steve Witkoff and the American leader's son-in-law Jared Kushner plan to visit Moscow for talks.
Modern.az reports that the “Bloomberg” agency disseminated information about this, citing its sources.
The agency stated that Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner's visit to Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin could take place this month.
It is also noted that in a possible meeting with Vladimir Putin, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner intend to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine and present draft settlement plans.
"The discussions will cover the security guarantees that the US and Europe will provide to Ukraine to ensure compliance with any peace agreement, as well as the country's post-war reconstruction... American officials will present the latest draft plans to Putin and his team", - the agency notes.
Russian President Vladimir Putin last received Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner at the Kremlin on December 2 of last year. The visit of US representatives to Russia was related to the discussion of the US peace plan for Ukraine.
