US President Donald Trump announced that the American side has received new information regarding the situation in Iran.
Modern.az reports that he said Washington had received information that murders and executions in the country had been stopped and that no other executions were planned.
"We have some news to share regarding Iran. We received information that murders and executions have been stopped and that there are no plans for further executions. We will verify this. If this is not the case, we will be very disappointed," the US President stated.
He emphasized that the US intended to verify the received information and would act based on the actual development of the situation.
