Iran's Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi announced at a press conference in Washington that the government-in-exile has created a special confidential communication channel for Iranian government officials and security forces dissatisfied with the regime.
According to Modern.az, Pahlavi notes that approximately 40,000 people from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), police, Basij militia, and other institutions have contacted him. The Crown Prince emphasized that their identities and statuses are currently being verified.
He believes that Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and his entourage may soon attempt to flee to Moscow, where former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad resides. He also announced "the beginning of a democratic revolution in Iran".
Pahlavi stated that he relies on the support of the people and the trust of Iranian citizens.
