In Moscow, talks between US Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner with Russian President Vladimir Putin have concluded.
Modern.az reports that the Kremlin announced the meeting lasted more than 3.5 hours.
According to Russian Presidential Aide Ushakov, the parties have agreed to hold trilateral talks between Russia, the US, and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi.

- Moscow and Washington stated that a resolution to the conflict is not possible without resolving the territorial issue.
- The Russian delegation in Abu Dhabi will be led by Chief of the General Staff Igor Kostyukov, who receives direct instructions from the President.
- In addition to the trilateral working group on Ukraine, a bilateral meeting on economic issues with the US side is planned in the UAE.
- The Peace Council's initiative regarding the Gaza Strip was discussed at the meeting; Moscow confirmed its readiness to allocate 1 billion dollars from its frozen assets to the organization.
"As Vladimir Putin emphasized, Russia has a sincere interest in resolving the Ukrainian crisis through political and diplomatic means. However, until this is achieved, Russia will continue to consistently pursue the objectives of the special military operation on the battlefield, where the Russian Armed Forces maintain the strategic initiative," he stated.
