The electricity and heating system has been cut off in Nuuk, the capital of Greenland.

 

Modern.az reports that "Reuters" has disseminated information about this.

 

The agency stated that "thousands of people were left without electricity and heating on a cold winter night".

 

Stormy winds damaging the power cable is cited as the cause of the incident.
