Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa has traveled to Moscow.
Modern.az reports that the Syrian leader's plane has landed at Vnukovo airport.
Kremlin official representative Dmitry Peskov stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian leader Ahmed al-Sharaa will hold talks within the framework of a business breakfast and a separate meeting.
According to him, the heads of state will discuss the situation in the region and bilateral relations, including economic ties, as well as the presence of Russian troops in Syria.
Peskov addressed questions regarding the withdrawal of Russian troops from Qamishli to the Ministry of Defense and did not comment on the question regarding Damascus's demand for the extradition of Bashar al-Assad.
It should be recalled that this is Ahmed al-Sharaa's second visit to Russia. (APA)
