Modern.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this.
Zelenskyy reminded that trilateral meetings will be held in Abu Dhabi on February 4 and 5, and Ukraine will also hold bilateral meetings with the Americans:
"The measures to reduce tension, which came into force last Friday night, help increase public confidence in the negotiation process and the potential outcome. Ukraine is ready to take real steps. We believe that a dignified and lasting peace can be achieved."
