Within the scope of anti-narcotics operations conducted by law enforcement agencies against celebrities in Turkey, Ali Kaya, brother-in-law of Ekrem İmamoğlu, the former imprisoned head of Istanbul Municipality, has been arrested.

Modern.az, citing the “İhlas” agency, reports that 14 more people detained during the operation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office have also been arrested.

It should be noted that Ali Kaya is the brother of Dilek İmamoğlu, Ekrem İmamoğlu's wife.
