During an official event held in Tehran, an incident occurred between Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and the state-owned IRIB television and radio company.
Modern.az reports that tension arose after a channel reporter reminded the president that his speech was live and asked him to speak according to the allotted time. In response to the journalist, Pezeshkian abruptly cut short his speech and demanded that the television stop its broadcast.
Iranian state television immediately after the incident stopped the live broadcast of the event.
