Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy spoke at the Munich Security Conference. Among other issues, he also drew attention to the Russian president's unwillingness to end the war.
According to Modern.az, the Ukrainian president called Putin "a slave of war".
"Putin may consider himself a tsar, but he is a slave of this war",-Zelenskiy said.
The Ukrainian leader warned European leaders that Putin is currently focused on Ukraine, but in the future, the war could expand and directly threaten European countries:
"He cannot imagine life without power or after it. Normal things do not interest him. Putin consults more with Tsar Peter and Empress Catherine the Great about territorial conquests than with any living person about real life. Can you imagine Putin without war? Both Ukraine and Europe need real guarantees. We clearly know what these guarantees should cover".
