Not providing broader support to Ukraine was a big mistake.

Modern.az reports that former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated this.

 "Aid should have started in 2014 and could have affected Ukraine's territorial control".

The former Secretary General said he believed that thanks to the aid, Russia's full-scale attack against Ukraine in 2022 could also have been prevented.
