In Russia, Telegram from this date completely WILL BE BLOCKED

 Telegram will be completely blocked in Russia starting from April 1.

Modern.az reports that several agencies, Roskomnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media), will begin to completely block Telegram from this date, just as it did with Instagram and Facebook.

This measure will be applied throughout Russia: the application will not be downloadable on either mobile networks or fixed internet connections.
