The European Union has allocated a 90 billion euro loan to support Ukraine.

Modern.az reports that European Parliament President Roberta Metsola confirmed this on social media: “I have just signed a 90 billion euro loan on behalf of the European Parliament to support Ukraine.”

The purpose of the loan is to support vital public services, strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities and security, protect freedom, and achieve lasting peace. At the same time, this is an important step to secure Ukraine's future in Europe. (Reuters)
