US President Donald Trump once again claimed to have ended 8 wars in 10 months of his presidency, naming Armenia and Azerbaijan among them.
Modern.az reports that he stated this in his "State of the Union" address to the House of Representatives and the Senate.
"In the first 10 months, I ended 8 wars... including in Cambodia and Thailand, Pakistan and India. There could have been nuclear wars... 35 million people... People said that if it weren't for my intervention, the Prime Minister of Pakistan would have died. Kosovo and Serbia, Israel and Iran, Egypt and Ethiopia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, Congo and Rwanda, and of course, the war in Gaza," the US President stated.
His statement was accompanied by shouts of "That's a lie" from his Democratic political opponents, and Trump responded: "This is not funny. You are sick."
