Russia and Ukraine have carried out an exchange of deceased servicemen.

Modern.az, referring to Russian media, reports that during the recent talks in Geneva, the head of the Russian delegation and assistant to the Russian President, Vladimir Medinsky, stated that the bodies of 1000 deceased Ukrainian soldiers have been handed over to Ukraine.

According to him, Kyiv has handed over the bodies of 35 deceased Russian soldiers to Moscow.

Ukraine has not yet commented on this news.
