According to Modern.az, a source speaking to RBC stated that the application's restriction could be possible from the beginning of April.
Two sources close to the Kremlin, however, claimed that the decision is already final. The main reasons for the blocking are cited as the recent increase in cases where individuals, including minors, are drawn into various illegal activities.
