The wife of Iran's late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has passed away.
Modern.az reports that Mansoureh Khojasteh Bagherzadeh died due to severe injuries sustained during strikes on Tehran by US and Israeli aviation.
TASS news agency reported this, citing Iran's Al Alam television channel.
According to the information, doctors were unable to save Mansoureh Khojasteh, who was injured during the recent attacks.
No additional official statement has yet been issued by Iranian officials.
It should be noted that during the recent attacks, Khamenei's daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and grandson were also killed. The Supreme Leader himself also died on February 28.
