Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy clarified his position regarding the next presidential elections.
Modern.az reports that the Presidential Office stated that Zelenskyy's interview with Corriere della Sera was primarily about the conditions for holding elections.
Zelenskyy noted that elections should only be held after the war ends, not during a temporary ceasefire. He stated that he would make a decision on whether to run for a second term in accordance with the will of the Ukrainian people.
The President also emphasized his readiness to hold elections in the country if security is ensured. (UNN)
