Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that a war with Iran is not limited to that country alone and could spread to all countries in the region.
Modern.az reports that Fidan voiced these thoughts during a live broadcast program.
He noted that Iran's strategy is to attack the energy infrastructure of countries in the region, and this is carried out indiscriminately: “Iran's understanding of 'If I sink, I will sink other countries in the region too' is an extremely misguided strategy.”
Fidan added that Turkey and the Gulf countries are making efforts to prevent the war from escalating further, and diplomatic attempts continued even an hour before the attack.
