Beijing halted diesel and gasoline exports.
Modern.az reports that the publication "Reuters" released information on this matter.
It is reported that the Chinese government has issued instructions to the country's largest oil refineries to halt diesel fuel and gasoline exports. This decision stems from the potential disruption of global energy supplies due to the ongoing war in the Middle East.
According to agency sources, this directive does not apply to the supply of jet fuel for international flights, the refueling of aircraft against collateral, or supplies to Hong Kong and Macau.
It is noted that a decrease in exports from China - one of Asia's largest fuel exporters - could further worsen the already limited fuel supply in Asia and will increase refining margins.
