The Israeli army launched airstrikes on the Dahieh region, located south of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.

Modern.az reports this, citing the "Reuters" agency.

The attack occurred one day after Israel issued a mass evacuation call for this region.

Israeli military forces targeted the southern suburbs of Beirut, as well as a number of residential areas located in southern Lebanon.
