Turkey is sending F-16 fighter jets to Northern Cyprus.

Modern.az reports that this was stated by Aşkın Meşeli, Deputy Director General of Turkish Civil Aviation.

According to Turkey's "Cumhuriyet" newspaper, Aşkın Meşeli announced that Turkey would send F-16 fighter jets to Northern Cyprus for security reasons.
