US Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a statement about the purpose of military operations related to Iran.
Modern.az reports that he stated that the purpose of the mission carried out against Iran is clear, and one of the main goals is to destroy the country's missile potential.
According to him, US military forces are also trying to neutralize Iran's naval forces at the same time.
“The purpose of the Iran mission is clear – to destroy the missiles. US military forces are also trying to destroy Iran's naval forces”, – the Secretary of State noted.
Marco Rubio added that after the conflict with Iran ends, the world will be safer.
