Ayatollah Khamenei, presented as the new supreme leader in Iran, continues the radical ideology as before, and Israel can target anyone who promotes these ideas.

Modern.az reports that this was stated by Israel's Ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon.

Danon, speaking to journalists at the UN, said that the change in leadership in Iran does not alter the political regime in the country. According to him, the new leader also shares the same radical views, and individuals promoting this ideology against Israel will be targeted.

Danon also noted that the Iranian people must rise up to choose their next leader. He stated that Israel and its partners are taking steps towards creating certain conditions for this.

Responding to a question about Iran's threats to energy transportation in the Strait of Hormuz and its attacks on regional countries, the Israeli ambassador said that Israel and the US are working to destroy Iran's missile launch facilities and weaken its military capabilities.

According to Danon, these steps will make it more difficult for Iran to attack cities like Dubai and ships in the Strait of Hormuz. He added that a decrease in the number of attacks has been observed in recent days, and this trend creates optimism.
