Military operations against Iran are progressing faster than expected, and the war is almost over.
Modern.az reports that US President Donald Trump stated this in a telephone interview with CBS television.
He said that the US was significantly ahead of the initially planned 4–5 week schedule.
According to Trump, Iran's military capabilities have been severely weakened. “I think the war is largely complete. They have no navy, no communication system, and no air force left,” the US President stated.
Answering a question about Iran's new supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei, Trump said, “I have no message for him.” The US President also stated that he was considering a candidate who could succeed Khamenei, but did not provide further information on this.
