US War Secretary Pit Heqset harshly criticized Iran's actions in the region.
Modern.az reports that, in his statement to journalists, he commented on Iran's targeting of neighboring countries.
“Iran made a big mistake by targeting its neighbors. We had predicted this situation in advance. This step demonstrates their desperation”, – he noted.
Pit Heqset added that US President Donald Trump will lead the war and will decide how it will proceed.
According to the Secretary, the US does not intend to export democracy to other countries or engage in nation-building in this struggle.
