US Secretary of War Pat Hagset stated that today, the military operations against Iran will involve the most intensive strikes compared to previous attacks.

Modern.az reports that the Pentagon chief emphasized that operations are continuing as planned and that the combined forces are intensifying their activities against strategic targets.

General Dan Kane, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, stated that coalition forces are focused on three main objectives. According to him, the first objective is to destroy Iran's missile and unmanned aerial vehicle capabilities before they threaten the interests of the US and its allies. The second direction is to weaken Iran's naval forces by striking them, and the third objective is to eliminate the Iranian regime's ability to attack the US and its partners in the coming years.

The general noted that since the start of operations, the number of Iranian ballistic missile attacks has decreased by approximately 90 percent. He also stated that US forces are targeting Iranian missiles that could be used for laying naval mines.

Dan Kane emphasized that the operations being carried out are a difficult and arduous process, but he expressed pride in the actions and results demonstrated by the combined forces throughout the campaign.
