Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani warned US President Donald Trump.
Modern.az reports that Larijani made a post about this on his social media account.
He noted that Iran is not afraid of the US's “empty threats”. Addressing Trump, he advised “caution”, stating that otherwise, he himself could be destroyed.
Larijani's statement came in response to Trump's statement regarding the Strait of Hormuz. The US President had said that if Iran stopped the oil flow, Washington would respond “20 times more strongly”.
It should be noted that on February 28, the US and Israel launched a military operation against Iran. In response, Tehran announced that it had imposed restrictions on movement in the Strait of Hormuz, which is considered the main route for oil exports of Persian Gulf countries.
