Military operations related to Iran will only end when Tehran unconditionally surrenders and US President Donald Trump deems the military objectives to have been fully met.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
According to Leavitt, Trump will declare the war over when he concludes that Iran no longer poses a direct threat to the United States and its allies.
The White House official noted that the US military is currently working to dismantle Iran's missile production infrastructure. According to her, 10 days after the start of the operation, the campaign is successfully continuing and US forces are advancing faster than expected.
Leavitt added that to date, US forces have destroyed more than 50 Iranian warships, including a vessel carrying large unmanned aerial vehicles. She stated that the objectives of the operation remain unchanged and Trump believes the targets will be achieved in a short time.
