The European Union is preparing a plan to reduce energy prices. 

Modern.az reports that this was stated by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
"In the first 10 days of the war between the US-Israel against Iran, Europe's dependence on fossil fuels cost it an additional 3 billion euros."

She added that returning to Russia's fossil fuels in the current crisis would be a strategic mistake.
