Medical supplies will be delivered to Azerbaijan for Iran by a special flight of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Modern.az reports that this was stated in information provided by the Ministry's press service to TASS.
"In accordance with the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin and by order of Russian Minister of Emergency Situations Alexander Kurenkov, the Ministry's aircraft organized the delivery of medical supplies to the Republic of Azerbaijan for subsequent transfer to authorized representatives of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
A total of 13 tons of medical supplies will be delivered as humanitarian aid.
