US President Donald Trump stated that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin could help Iran.
Modern.az reports that Trump stated in an interview with Fox News: "I think he could help them a little bit, yes, probably.”
"And he probably thinks we're helping Ukraine, doesn't he?" - asked the American president.
Host Brian Kilmeade asked if Washington was indeed helping Kyiv.
"Yes, we are helping them too," - Donald Trump confirmed.
"And he (Putin – ed.) says so, and China would say the same thing. To be honest, they do it, and we do it too."
"The Washington Post" reported, citing sources, that Russia is sharing information with Iran about the locations of American military facilities in the Middle East. The Kremlin refused to comment on these accusations.
