During Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenka's business trip to Drybin district of Mogilev region yesterday, his joke with Minister of Agriculture Yuri Gorlov attracted attention.
Modern.az reports that the president threatened to send the minister to the frontline region.
"Everyone is running – generals, colonels too. Everyone is running. So what will happen to the war? I will run, who will rest? No, guys. If Gorlov doesn't build a calf sanatorium, he will go forward as an attacker. He will command a company," the head of state said.
The minister, in turn, replied: "I will build it and then leave." In response, Lukashenka smiled and said: “It's better to build it, and then...”
By "frontline region," Lukashenka meant Ukraine's war-torn border area.
