Pro-Iranian armed groups have sent a noteworthy message in the region by releasing alleged drone footage taken around the US embassy in Baghdad.
Modern.az reports that one of the militia groups shared an approximately two-minute video via "Telegram", showcasing a drone flying at low altitude over the high-security area where the US embassy is located.
The video shows the drone passing between the fortified buildings of the embassy complex in Baghdad and even flying near the large US flag located in the area. The footage shows no damage to the complex.
According to CNN, although the released video is associated with March 16, the exact time when the footage was taken has not yet been precisely confirmed.
