An accident on the gas pipeline in Mehdiabad settlement of Absheron district caused a fire.
Modern.az reports that due to the accident, the main gas infrastructure supplying the settlement has been severely damaged.
Currently, the supply of blue fuel has been suspended to a large part of Mehdiabad settlement.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) stated that its “112” hotline received information about a fire on a gas pipeline in Absheron district, Mehdiabad settlement, Ahmad Javad street.
Based on the information, employees of the State Fire Protection Service were dispatched to the area.
