Sabunchu District Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal case regarding the fact of intentional homicide.
Modern.az reports that, according to information from the Prosecutor's Office, information was received on January 24 regarding the murder of Hayat Agayeva, born in 1959, in the territory of the capital's Sabunchu district.
Preliminary investigations have established reasonable suspicions that Emil Agayev, born in 1981, intentionally killed Hayat Agayeva by inflicting knife wounds.
Regarding the fact, at the Sabunchu District Prosecutor's Office, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 120.1 (intentional homicide) of the Criminal Code, and E. Agayev has been detained as a suspect in the case.
It should be noted that Emil Agayev, suspected of the intentional killing of Hayat Agayeva, is her son.
